The 2022 NAPA Summit will comply with all large event safety protocols consistent with local and CDC guidelines in effect for April 2022. The NAPA team will work closely with the Tampa Convention Center, our venues and hotel partners, and the City of Tampa to develop event protocols designed with your health, safety & comfort in mind. Operational adjustments may occur, so please check back here for the most updated information.
Face coverings are not currently required by the City of Tampa or Hillsborough County. Attendees are welcome to wear face coverings to suit their comfort level.
For our attendees who prefer distancing at the conference, optional ribbons for badges will be available for anyone who wants to indicate a social distancing preference. In addition, we’ve designed our exhibit hall with 10-foot aisles and 20-foot cross-aisles to ensure effective traffic flow and to allow ample space for attendees to move freely through the exhibit hall and our expanded seating areas. For our general sessions, we will also offer a variety of seating options.
Enhanced Cleaning and Safety Protocols
Tampa Convention Center is GBAC Star Accredited, which requires the center to continuously sanitize and disinfect all meeting rooms, public spaces, and restrooms. The center maintains a state-of-the-art filtration system and performs electrostatic cleaning overnight. In addition, signage will be visible throughout the center to remind guests and employees to practice good hygiene.
